In addition to being the founder and partner of Delving Energy Ecosystems, she served as CEO of Delving R&D Pvt. Ltd. Their areas of expertise as consultants are Internet of Things (IoT), Demand-Side Management (DSM), and Energy Conservation. She also work as visiting professors at academic institutions. They also have prior experience working at TANGEDCO as a Deputy General Manager. With a doctorate in a technical discipline and a wealth of expertise in the electrical and information technology sectors, she has a strong academic foundation. She has had a variety of positions in diverse fields, including pump stations, wind farm maintenance, and IT, and is a specialist in lowering line loss in distribution networks. She has also worked in database administration, network administration, industrial IoT solutions, and SaaS product development and scalability.

Startup Activities

She founded Delving Research and Development Private Limited and Delving Energy Ecosystems, two enterprises. Establishing research ecosystems and creating IoT goods and processes to propel societal transformation was her clear aim when she founded the organizations. Delving won a Certificate of Merit in the "Smart Startup of the Year" category at the India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) Innovation Awards 2022, and the Ministry of Power selected it for a pilot program at Powerthon 2022. Starting in February 2022, Delving Energy Ecosystem is a collaboration venture that has received recognition from Startup India (DIPP107171). In order to help society, DEE was established with the goal of assisting in the development of intelligent IoT software and ecosystems that are energy-efficient.

Accomplishments

Tally Solutions presented her with the MSME Wonder Women Award 2024 on June 28, 2024, in appreciation of her exceptional efforts. Her outstanding contributions to the industry and inventive leadership are highlighted by this award. She was also awarded the Certificate of Merit in the Smart Startup of the Year category by the India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) Innovation Awards 2022. She also presented a paper at the central board of irrigation and electricitys conference on power reforms in Gujarat, titled Multi-Features IoT Smart Meter for Low Voltage Distribution Loss Reduction.

Proposed a Proof of Concept for the problem statement AT & C Loss Reduction at PowerThon 2022, and the Indian Ministry of Power has approved the idea. Gotten a letter of invitation to present the idea to Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd. (MPPsKVVCL). The IT team at TANGEDCO (FORMERLY TNEB), where the Power Finance Corporation (PFC) served as the nodal agency for IT-enabled initiatives across Tamil Nadu, India, was instrumental in winning money (about 400 crores) from the Ministry of Power (2009). She held the position of DGM/Information Systems. In partnership with PFC, Delhi, India, I prepared detailed project reports (DPR) for IT-enabled electrical systems and supported the Restructured Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Program in 110 Tamil Nadu towns (200810).

With the Power Finance Corporation (PFC) serving as the nodal organisation for IT-enabled activities throughout Tamil Nadu, India, she was a key member of the IT team at TANGEDCO (FORMERLY TNEB), where she held the position of DGM/Information Systems (2009). Developed detailed project reports (DPR) for IT-enabled electrical systems and, in partnership with PFC, Delhi, India, facilitated the Restructured Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Program in 110 Tamil Nadu towns (200810).

Acknowledged for outstanding achievements to the Electrical Engineering Industry as a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (F-1141785), India. gave talks to delegates across the country about US aid national programs of TNEB.
